He was predeceased by: his mother Debra A. Baity (Rendleman); and his grandparents, John F., Betty A. Baity, William Sr. and Margaret Rendleman.
He is survived by: his father Jeffrey A. Baity; his sister April Baity-Sousa (Petter); his stepfather David Elger of Palm Coast; his aunts and uncles, Ernie Klimczak, Dennis Koontz, William "Bud" Rendleman, Bob Elger, Audrey Klimczak and Noreen Keneipp; and his cousins, Jillian Baity, Jennifer Coffman, Tibbers and Lycan Sousa. He is also survived by friends and an extensive group of aunts, uncles, cousins.
