He was predeceased by: his stepfather Frank Gurtowski; and his brother Robert Falk. He is survived by: his son Joseph Falk Jr.; his mother Nancy Gurtowski; his brother Anthony Falk; his nephews, Robert and Nick Falk; and his uncle Mel Hoeksema.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458).
