He was predeceased by: his sibling Robert Hausherr (Norma). He is survived by: his spouse Lori Hausherr; his children, Jack Hausherr (Vicki), Jannine Hofman (Lee), Chad Hausherr (April), Tech Sgt Ben Hausherr (Krystal) and Cody Hausherr (Kim); and his grandchildren, Trevor, Emily, Zach, William, Lucy, Evie, Kaydence, Chase and Hayden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, A Tribute Donation in Jack's name to Lymphoma Research Foundation (lymphoma.org) would be appreciated.
