John M. Speight Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John M. Speight of New Lenox, Illinois, born in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 31, 2024 at the age of 21. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gail Gannon (Spaulding) and Jonathon Speight; his stepfather Norman Rendon; his brothers, Sam Weiland and Floyd Speight; his grandparents, Robert, Judie Spaulding, Patricia and Michael Walsh; his aunts and uncles, Laurie Meyer and Robin Speight; and his cousins, Amy Valenti (Mike) and Skye.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (102 East Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
