He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sid Deinema and Lucy Adam; and his brother-in-law Joseph Bibeau. He is survived by: his wife Janet Deinema (Bibeau); his son Daniel Deinema; his siblings, Swanette Kann and Kathleen Gonzalez; and his sister-in-law Christine Okelman (Thom). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
