John D. Prebstle Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2024, at the age of 79, John D. Prebstle (New Lenox, Illinois), born in Chicago Heights, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence and Harriet; and his sister Merry Lou Hendrickson (Ben). He is survived by: his son Eric of Trinity's Oakview; his wife Ursula; his sons, Karl (Shannon), Scott (Carrie), Chris (Katrina) and Mike (Jami); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Megan (Brandon), Danielle, Jessica, Hannah, Zachary, Kassidy, Samantha, Kamryn, Derek, Makayla and Brooklyn; and his great grandchild Issac.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (102 East Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Trinity Services Oakview Home (https://www.trinityservices.org) indicate 'In Memory of John Prebstle' to benefit the Oakview Home in his honor.
