He is survived by: his children, Kim Smith (Brian) and Janis Bautz (John); his grandchildren, Kourtney Schultz (Kenny), Mitchell Bautz of Kloie Bautz, R. J, Smith and Klaire Bautz; and his brothers, Kenneth Groeneveld (Anna Mae) and Edward Cowen (Margo).
