It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James M. Bartels (New Lenox, Illinois), who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Bartels; his daughters, Vanessa Pearson (Craig), Holly Battaglia (Dean) and Charlene Bartels (Chris Penland); his grandchildren, Eileen Johnson, Audrey Pearson, Nicholas Battaglia, Anthony Battaglia, Jake Doman and Heather Doman; and his great grandchild Lars Johnson.
