James L. Lis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James L. Lis (New Lenox, Illinois), who passed away on December 17, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony C. Lis and Ann M. Lis; his brothers, Richard Lis (late Marilyn) and Lawrence Lis (Barbara); and his brothers-in-law, James Norbot, John Norbot (Susan) and Raymond Norbot (Jeralyn).
He is survived by: his wife Leona Lis; his children, James Lis (late Maryanne), Ann Irigoyen (Ruben) and Jason Lis, Sr. (Janet); his grandchildren, Anthony, Danny, Sam, Olivia, Jason, Jr. and Jake; and his brother Thomas Lis (Laurie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Lightways Hospice House would be appreciated.
