He is survived by: his wife Carol L See; his children, Stephani Hammen (Cory), Cory Stoflet (Lyle) and James See Jr. (Lauren); his stepchildren, Christine Bailey, Kevin Pooley (Jennifer) and Ronny Pooley Jr.; his grandchildren, Finley Stoflet, Nora See, Evelyn Stoflet, Paige Hammen, Leo See, Sebastian Bailey, Wyatt Pooley, Zachary Bailey, Hanna Pooley, Kyle Pooley and Brenden Pooley; and his brother Michael See (Cindy).
