He is survived by: his wife Charlyne Moffett; his children, Jeff of Lockport, Jarvis of Chicago, Julius of Joliet and Jeannine Vollmer (Michael) of Joliet; his sisters, Mary Reed of Raleigh, MS, Louise Lamb (Carl) and Geneva Burk; and his grandchildren, Tori McGowan of Crestwood, IL, Jeffrey of Lockport, IL, Jared of Joliet, IL, Jasmine of Phoenix, AZ and Jessica Carreon (Sam) of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
