He was predeceased by: his parent Glen Troutman; and his siblings, Chuck Troutman (Joan), Ginny Rooke and Julie Reavis. He is survived by: his spouse Mary "Liz"; his children, Rebecca Wagner (Robert), Theresa Sawyer, Richard Troutman and David Troutman; his grandchildren, Hayden Sawyer, Hunter Sawyer, Henry, Evangeline and Elizabeth Wagner; his parent Alice Troutman; and his sibling Ray Troutman (Rita). He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
