With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henrietta S. Mularski (New Lenox, Illinois), who passed away on September 23, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Kozlowski and Casmir Kozlowski. She is survived by: her son Paul Mularski (Kim); her grandchildren, Nicole Marie and Joseph Thomas; her sister-in-law Mary Mularski; her sisters, Joan Taylor and Rita Gwizdalski; her husband Joseph Mularski; and her siblings, Loraine Kaznia, John Kozlowski, Aloysius Kozlowski, Stanley Kozlowski, Franklin Kozlowski and Casmir Kozlowski.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
