He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd E. and Betty Butterfield Jr. (Swanson); and his brother Lloyd E. Butterfield III. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Butterfield (Robbins); his children, Stephanie Whitman (Michael) and Ryan Butterfield (Carissa Tonner); his grandchildren, Cody Douthit (Nicole Frye), Sarah Lehmann (Nate Thornburgh) and Dominic Whitman; his sister Kimberly Jensen (William); and his friend Jim Aire. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
