He was predeceased by: his parents, Ahlrich Recker and Rica Recker; and his wife Barbara Recker. He is survived by: his children, Lora Recker-Teach and Marc Recker (Mary Lou); his grandchildren, Juston Teach (Heidi), Brittany Teach, Riley, Alexia and Nolan Recker; his great grandchildren, Landon, Gavin and Dillon; his siblings, Ahlrich "Jut" Recker, Anthony "Tony" Recker, Beulah Terpstra, Cynthia Stirling and Doris Michaels; and his brothers-in-law, Patrick McDermott (Barbara), Michael "Mick" McDermott (Phyllis) and Harry "Skip" McDermott (Mary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
