He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Faulkner and Ellen Faulkner (Mary Frances Faulkner); and his siblings, Tony, Linda, Ita and Paddy.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Dunne, James Faulkner, Loretta Murphy (Patrick), Robert Faulkner (Vanessa), Kevin Faulkner (Kristin) and Patrick Dunne; his siblings, Shelia DeJohn and Brian Faulkner; his grandchildren, Shane, Kelly, Toni, Zachary, Ethan, Blake, Gavin, Ainsley, Anthony, Aiden, Han, Patrick, Sara, Cain, Aisling and Roan; and his great grandchildren, Kohlie and Collin.
DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC; ALL SERVICES FOR FRANK ARE PENDING AND A CELEBRATION OF HIS LIFE WILL TAKE PLACE AT A LATER DATE. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
