She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hollingsworth and Stella Hollingsworth; her husband Franklin J. Forsythe; her sisters, Anita Smedley and Evelyn Hughes; and her son David Forsythe.
She is survived by: her sons, John Forsythe (Sally), Patrick Forsythe (Dorothy), Franklin J. Forsythe II (Sandy) and Daniel Forsythe (Christine); her daughter-in-law Jacqueline Forsythe; her grandchildren, Michael Forsythe (Amy), Thomas Forsythe (Laura), Jeffery Forsythe (Shannon), Joseph Forsythe (Christi), Paul Forsythe (Kylie), Patrick Forsythe Jr. (Laci), Joshua Forsythe (Sarah), Nicholas Forsythe (Ashton), Jacqueline Gearman (Chris), Stefanie Krueger (Doug), Sarah O'Connell (Coley), Lindsey Penwitt (Chris), Bridget Hope (Liddy), Lisa Dillon (Corey), Colette Walsh (Ryan) and Rebecca Sikes (Jared); and her niece Anita Crouse. She is also survived by 26 great grandsons, 24 great granddaughters and 5 great great grandsons, 4 great-great granddaughters.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forsythe Gould Funeral Home (507 S State St, Manhattan, IL 60442). A prayer was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (235 W North St, Manhattan, IL 60442). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
