She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas "Charles" Cuculich. She is survived by: her children, Carole Gainer, Mary Skerrett (Michael Sweeney), Nancy Dykstra (William), Tom Cuculich (Jaclin) and John Cuculich (Roseann); her grandchildren, Colin Gainer (Ariana), Joseph Gainer, Paul Skerrett (Kerri), Kathryn Wachtor (Matt), William Dykstra (Kimberly), Mark Dykstra (Kristen), Eric Dykstra (Jessica), Laura Wyrick (Josh), Sophia Cuculich, Lillian Cuculich, Rachel Jablonski (Cody) and Rebecca Traina (Nick); her siblings, Robert, Bernard, Rita Hodson and Bernice Early; and her brother-in-law Ken Cuculich (Carol). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations to National Glaucoma Research in Ellen's name would be appreciated.
