It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward C. Tewes (New Lenox, Illinois), who passed away on August 2, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Tewes and Matilda I. Tewes; and his brothers, Raymond Tewes and Lloyd Tewes (late Gerri). He is survived by: his wife Marcella; his children, Lyle Edward Tewes (Sylvia), Kurt Ramon Tewes (Jeanne) and Nancy Tewes-Srednicki (Matthew); his grandchildren, Annie Wilhelmi (Eric), Brad Tewes White (Erin), Daniel Lyle Tewes (Samantha), Andrea Renee Boldrey (James), Lori Jeanne Wieclaw (Matthew), Amy Rae Inka (Gunars), Jennifer Murray, Yvonne Chentnik (Todd), Brian Benninghoff (Emily), Kurtis Benninghoff, Darin Benninghoff (Tess) and Danielle Benninghoff; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Mia Marcella Boldrey, Lukas, Davis Inka, Max, Emmie Rae Wieclaw, Avery Anne Wilhelmi, Claire, Charlotte Tewes, Beckett Edward, Daxton White, Devin Tripp, Rachel Murray, Hunter, Hailey, Jake, Jenna Chentnik and Caleb Benninghoff; and his great great grandchild Vivian Tripp.
