He was predeceased by: his parents, Duncan G. Gray, II and Myrtle Gray. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his sons, Matthew Gray and Duncan G. Gray, IV (Sharyn); his grandchildren, Eva Gray and Duncan G. Gray; and his siblings, Robert Gray (Cynthia) and Ruth Pierce (Charles).
