He is survived by: his parents, Tony Shiner and Jonelle Shiner; his siblings, Pam Martin, Paula Chamberlin (Ken) and Tony Shiner, Jr.; and his uncle Chuck Roberson. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of services, donations may be made in Donny's name to the Special Olympics.
