We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2022, at the age of 80, Donald L. McCowan of New Lenox, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Donald J McCowan; and his siblings-in-law, William, Shirley Blaylock (Edmonds), Bernard, Alberta Fulkerson (Sturtz), Betty Debelak (Edmonds), Roger Taylor and Vonna Cantu (Edmonds).
He is survived by: his wife Rose (Edmonds); his children, Scott M of New Lenox, IL and Erin K. of Woodstock, IL.; his siblings, Susan of Westmont, IL and Douglas (Sallie) of Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Taylor (Edmonds) of Ft Myers, FL and John Cantu of Joliet, IL.. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
To honor Don's love for animals, in lieu of flowers, memorials to the Will Country Humane Society, 24109 Seil Road, Shorewood IL 60404 would be appreciated.
