He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Boltz and Olga Boltz (Byhers); his wife Della "Louise" Boltz (Carmony); and his brothers, Robert Boltz, Richard Boltz Jr. and James Boltz.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Suhs (Richard), Darryl Boltz (Kim), Veda Carmony and Cheri Boltz (Laurie Roxworthy); his sisters, Sharon Ortiz (Felix), Janet Boltz and Rhonda Freeman (Brent); his grandchildren, Katy Taylor, Ian Boltz, Brandon Boltz, Nicholas Suhs and Heather Boltz; and his great grandchildren, Josephine Taylor, Audrik Mrakovic, Abby Boltz and Aria Kurth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
