He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kupka and Agnes Kupka; his wife Eileen Kupka; and his sister Barbara Schofro. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Czarnecki (Mark) and Amy Rapp (Dean); his grandchildren, Ryan, Haley Czarnecki, Ethan and Hayden Rapp; and his sisters, Lynette Bivens (Bill) and Karen Geinosky (Rick). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
