He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Matul); his children, John, Boone and Mark Phillips; and his siblings, Patricia Hofmann (Jim), David Phillips (Terry), Donna Marcotte (Art), Debbie Leib (Joe) and Ron Phillips (Krista). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
