He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer C. Lockhart and Dorothy M. (nee Howard) Lockhart. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia (nee Wadsworth) Lockhart; his daughter Alex Lockhart; and his sibling Walter Lockhart (Laura). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
