He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. "Phil" and Carmen Clark (Bunn); and his brothers, Gary Clark and Phillip Clark. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Clark (Prevratil); his children, Charles A. Clark and Cynthia Zurawski (Jeffery "Jeffy"); his grandchildren, Lauren Clark (Richard Moser), Allison Zurawski, Alaina Clark, Zoe Zurawski, Jeffery "Jay" Jr. Zurawski, Madelyn Clark and Charles Jackson "Jack" Clark; and his brother Richard Clark (Lori).
