She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Wellman and Mary Wellman; her husband Richard J. Wingate; her son Robert; her siblings, Bernard Wellman, Paul Wellman and Pauline O'Brien; and her in-laws, Hollis and Marie Wingate.
She is survived by: her children, Teri Clark, Kathy Peceniak, Mike Wingate, Carol Niemann (Duane), Mark Wingate (Nancy), Bill Wingate (Julie) and Mary Hinchley (Bob).
