It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carole A. Lattz of New Lenox, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Miazga and Lillian Miazga; and her spouse Myril Lattz. She is survived by: her children, John Lattz (Linda) and Mary Reed (Chris); her grandchildren, Dylan, Alyssa Lattz, Mackenzie and Emma Reed; and her siblings, Ronald Miazga (Cynthia), James Miazga (Angela), Marilyn Breeden and Theresa Swanson (Richard). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials to St. Jude Catholic Church or Alzheimer's Association in Carole's name would be appreciated.
