He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard J. Hujda and Helen T. Hujda. He is survived by: his children, James (Shari), Thomas (Renee) and Daniel (Levesia); his grandchildren, Danielle Simon (Anthony), Richard Hujda, Morgan Hujda and Skylar Hujda; his great grandchild Anthony Simon Jr.; his sister Jacqueline Ochoa; and his former wife Maureen McDermot. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
