He is survived by: his parents, Tina Jensen and Angelo Muto, Sr.; his stepfather Rick Jensen, Sr.; his siblings, Angelo Muto, Jr., Sabrina McGregor (Joel), Nicholas Muto, Matthew Muto, Rick Jensen, Jr., Jacob Muto and Kate Jensen; his grandparents, Linda, Terrence Little and Francesca Bruno; and his aunts and uncles, Sherri Ahuett and Terry Little, Jr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
