Anne M. Butkus Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne M. Butkus (New Lenox, Illinois), who passed away on March 16, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McCue and Mabel McCue (Schmilke); her husband David Butkus; her son Daniel Butkus; her sister Bobette Michalowski; and her brother-in-law Brian Lacey.
She is survived by: her sons, David Butkus (Margaret), Michael Butkus (Patricia), John Butkus (Cheryl) and Thomas Butkus; and her siblings, Dorothy Callahan (James), Ruth Skuturna (George), Colleen Lacey and Kathleen Getto (Ron). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Widow & Children's Assistance Fund, 20 S. Clark Street #1400, Chicago, IL 60603 would be appreciated.
