He is survived by: his spouse Lauren; his parents, Jack Kielbasa and Anne Kielbasa; his siblings, Jack Kielbasa (Karen), Ben Kielbasa (Sarah) and Sarah Pine (Bob); his parents-in-law, Margaret Downey (James) and Michael Ojermark (Suzette); and his sibling-in-law Chris Ojermark (Logan). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Adam's name to Sarcoma Foundation of America or Andrew Weishar Foundation would be appreciated.
