She is survived by: her close friend Edward Hainaut of New Douglas, IL; her children, Summer Smith (Cody Ross), Matthew Smith and Dustin Gergen; her grandchildren, Lily, Grace and Oliver Ross; and her sisters, Chris Freezor and Debbie Hoeper (Jerry).

Memorials are suggested to either HSHS Home Care Hospice or to the family.
