She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Lee Hines, Sr. and Mildred June Hines (Riley); her children, Priscilla "June" Hill and Robert Lee "Bobby" Newton; and her brother Milton Lee Hines, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, William E. Newton (Tammy) of Ozark and Steven A. Newton (Jessica) of Harrisburg, Illinois; and her siblings, Phyllis Hines Jaco, James "Jimmy" Hines, Wanda Hines Wright (Jack), John Hines, Darell Hines, Sr. and Beatrice Hines Gordon (James). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
