He was predeceased by: his siblings, Deon Tanner, Gene Tanner, Joan Johnson (Billy) and Virginia Johnson (Edward); and his son-in-law John Nichols.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda C.; his daughters, Kristina Nichols of Ozark and Rhonda Hill (John) of New Burnside; his grandchildren, Zackary Nichols (Andria), Casey Yates (Chris) and Sami Waddell; his great grandchildren, Dayton Nichols, Chrissy Jennings, Collin Nichols, Kholbe Reinitz and Destiny Nichols; and his brother Dick Tanner.
