She is survived by: her husband Jack Puckett of New Boston; her children, Gene Puckett (Heather) of New Boston, Rick Puckett of New Boston and Monica Ruddy (Dave) of Bettendorf; her stepson Montie Schell (Teresa) of New Boston; and her sister Vicki Pomeroy (Tad).
