He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Coulter and Helen Shotwell Coulter; his wife Mary; his granddaughter Bailey; and his brother Curt Coulter.
He is survived by: his children, Tonnie Dahl (Tom) of San Diego, CA, Lisa Dunham (John) of New Boston, IL and Kevin Coulter (Joy) of Joy, IL; his grandchildren, Shannon Clay, Mackenzie Foster (Kenny), Taegan Sell (Logan), Laken Dahl, Alexandra Kesinger (Kyle), Madison Coulter, Kylee Busch (David), Jacob Dunham (Amanda) and Marco Dunham (Melissa); and his close friend Wanda Crawford. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
