He is survived by: his wife Nancy Scallorn; his children, Heath Shade, Cole Shade (Demitra) and Arron Powers; his stepchildren, Genia Maxwell, Jason Fischer, Michael Fischer and Joseph Fischer; his siblings, Edward Shade (Denise), Penny Spears and Brenda Elliott (Mike); and his brother-in-law Paul Stallard.
