He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry S. Arruda and Grace D. Arruda (Bucklin); his daughter Debra Asquino; and his sibling Cal Bosworth. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Arruda (Gill); his children, Steven Arruda (Carol) of New Bedford, Susan Arruda-Suffoletto (Guy) of Fairhaven, Janice Trudelle (Randall) of New Bedford and Nancy Charbonneau (Chris) of New Bedford; and his siblings, Gordon Arruda of Florida, Paul Arruda of Ohio, Betty Bentley and Norma Woodacre. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
