She was predeceased by: her parents, F. Gwynne Cook and Janet Cook (Kerr); and her husband Lester (Lathrop). She is survived by: her children, Scott of Tampico, Sheri of New Bedford and Shanda Hilmes (Mike) of New Bedford; her grandchildren, Alec, Ashlie, Tori, Gillian and Damien; her brother Fred Cook (Bonnie) of Mahomet; and also, Zerelda, Taylor, Marlene, Ella and Leland.

Memorials may be directed to the New Bedford Christian Church in lieu of flowers.
