He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Lowder Sr. and Trena Lowder (Hartke); and his sister Dolly Schoaf. He is survived by: his children, Sylvia Urban of New Bedford and Arthur Lowder of New Bedford; and his granddaughters, Heather Urban (Tyler Binam) and Tiffany Urban (Chris Pini).
