He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Ann Dischbein, Jason Thomas Bastian and Jessica Elise McGhee; his grandchildren, Lilliona Marie, Duane Thomas and Hunter Wayne; his siblings, Charles Bastian, Jr. (Judy), Betty Hesek, Jean Cliatt, Carol Ann Winasky, Jim Bastian, Jackie Engelmann (David) and Jane Yerace; and his nephew Justin Cary Bastian.
