He is survived by: his wife Maria Gregov; his children, Steve Gregov of Chicago, Betty Gregov of New Baden, Maria West (Bill) of Waterloo, IL and Antonio Gregov of Ft. Collins, CO.; his grandchildren, Benton Gregov (Monica), Dominic Gregov (Krystal), Katelyn Gregov, Ivana West, Therese West, Anya Gregov, Olivia Gregov and Mia Gregov; his great grandchildren, Holden Gregov and Porter Gregov; and his sister Anna Heishler of Vienna, Austria.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to "Family of Slavko Gregov" to benefit Our Lady of Rosary Catholic Church in Preko, Croatia.
