She was predeceased by: her grandmother Judith Parsons. She is survived by: her stepparents, Paul Parsons (Kim Kelly) of St. Louis, MO. and Sarah Parsons (Josh Jenner) of New Baden; and her grandparents, James, Kathleen Brunsman and Michael Chouris. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in honor of Noelle to Stomp Out Bullying and will be received at the funeral home.
