She was predeceased by: her brother John Wies; and her stepbrother Buddy Decker. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Eugene Stangle, Sr.; and her children, Melvin E. Stangle, Jr. (Teresa) of Belleville, Mary Miller (Steve), Michael Stangle (Carole) of St. Peters, John Stangle (Laura) of Goodfield, James Stangle (Teri) of Ft. Wayne and Jacob Stangle (Wanda) of Trenton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association in her name.
