He was predeceased by: his wife Marguerite "Margie" Woods; his parents, Joseph and Ophilia; and his sister LaVerne Gerard. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Woods of New Baden, IL and Kathy Erickson (Klint) of New Baden, IL; his grandchildren, Miranda Cayson, Emily Woods, Kolbie Erickson and Erin Woods; and his brothers, Joseph "Buddy" Woods, Charles Woods (JoAnn) and Kenneth Woods (Ann).
Memorials are preferred to Family Hospice or to Cardinals Care.
