He is survived by: his wife Doris Albers; his children, Chad Middendorff (Amanda) of Breese and Loni Middendorff (Carl Diesen) of Germantown; his grandchildren, Fisher, Graci Bast, Catherine and Wyatt Middendorff; his siblings, Marvin Middendorff (Catherine) of Trenton and Jeanette Rickhoff (Dennis) of Albers; and his mother-in-law Henrietta Albers of Germantown.
