He was predeceased by: his significant other Arlene M. Niemeyer; his parents, Jim Frye and Pauline Frye (Jenkins); his sons, John Frye and James Douglas Frye; and his siblings, Nell, Lucy, Bessie, Hugh, Jimmy, Evelyn, Maggie and Oliver.
He is survived by: his son Michael Frye (Dawn) of Ballwin; his sisters, Lottie Ogle and Patsy Henry of Wears Valley, TN; his sister-in-law Shirley Frye; his niece Connie Frye of Sevierville, TN; his daughter-in-law Susie Frye of Freeburg, IL; his grandchildren, Aaron Frye, John Andrew Frye, Amie Frye (Kyle Wachtel) and Tonya Hudson (Brad); and his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Whitley Hudson.
Due to updated Covid-19 restrictions, face masks must be worn at all times while in the funeral home.
