Viola Sinn Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Viola Sinn of New Athens, Illinois, who passed away on June 14, 2020 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sylvester Sinn; her children, Wayne Sinn, Jolene Bona, Ruth Ann Stricker, Peggy Thornton and Sammy Sinn; her parents, Jacob and Caroline; and her siblings, Esther Schubert, Aletha Erb, Irene Triefenbach, Elmer Sinn and Leonard Sinn.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Knecht of Atlanta, GA, Lyle Sinn (Lynette) of Freeburg, IL and Michael Sinn (Kim) of Marissa, IL. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 24 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, private graveside services will be held at Trinity United Church of Christ Cemetery, Biddleborn, IL.
Memorials may be made to Biddleborn United Church of Christ Church and Cemetery.
